Passion and the consistency of its application towards creating value in the life of other people, there lies success. When you pursue with passion that which you have love for, there is no telling your accomplishments. 

Successful people today are those who commit themselves to Creating a great brand with people at the forefront of their creation.  Brands are created with customers satisfaction in mind, profit comes after. Customers can't pay for what isn't valuable to them, whether it's a product or service delivery; like the civil service, people must be the epicenter of every policy objective.

Whether you choose to be an entrepreneur or its other derivatives agri, social, info, tech, teach etc the essence is in doing what makes you come alive. 

When there is consistency, there is specialization and with it comes proficiency and competence. These, people are willing to pay for because it speaks to them, they can relate to it. When you put your mind to what you do and you are passionate about it, then expect success!

It doesn't exclude you from getting interested in other things but focus on that dream, give it your all! That's the lesson from Barcelona. Never rest and believe that you already have success. Don't be like PSG! Don't just plan to get to the top, have you endgame of staying there!

Don't be afraid to fail in your journey to perfection. Sometimes, failure comes with humiliation and humility; frustration and finding oneself. Whether you fail isn't the news, but how you rise up, now that's the major headline!

Dont be too quick to rise, take your time, understand why you fell, look at the your place of falling, then talk to yourself in the language only you understand. 

Call yourself that name the world doesn't know, then gather the courage and rise gallantly like the gladiator in the ludus striding the Colossus that he is, launching towards his enemy with a blow so vicious, it would be most difficult to stop. That's the spirit of champions! This is what it means to fail forward!
