"You can give in to the failure messages and be a bitter deadbeat of excuses. Or you can choose to be happy and positive and excited about life." Author Williams

Back in my college days at Nnamdi AzikiweI became friends with some amazing set of young Nigerians. 12 years after, we are still friends and today, I am dedicating this peice to Chinonso Arubayi and Chinonso Mbaebie. These two have been solid inspiration to me since the first day we met in in 2006. today our bond of friendship still stands rock solid. It is from them that I first learnt what it meant to grow deep before spreading, to focus on the long term rather than be seduced by immediate gratification.

To these two I raise a glass and cheer in a toast to their good health, wealth and happiness as they celebrate their birthdays today..

Charles Umeh once wrote

"Heard of Michelangelo? He is the most famous and most accomplished  artist in history. He created the Pietà, the sculptures of David and Moses, the frescoes on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, and the designs for St. Peter’s Basilica. Michelangelo spent most of his golden years overseeing construction on St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican. Even after he became too weak to go to the work site regularly, he still supervised the job from home by sending drawings and designs to trusted foremen. Sculpture remained Michelangelo’s true love, and he continued chiseling away in his home studio until the very end. Only days before he died at the age of 88, he was still working on the so-called “Rondanini Pieta,” which depicts Jesus in the Virgin Mary’s arms.

Charles Umeh ends by asking the big question, What do you See?

What you see about life is a consequence of the Frequency you are tuned to. If Thomas Edison can stay unfazed in the face of 10,000 failures before striking gold with the Electric Bulb, then you have to adjust your emotional frequency.

Napoleon Hill once said "Thought backed by strong desire, has a tendency to transmute itself into a physical equivalent."

It is no longer news that what you constantly behold you eventually become, that if you can conceive it then you can achieve it. Perhaps what is news is that only a fraction of the world's population actually believe in the power of positive thinking, a concept that Mr Hill advocated before his death.

You attract without what you construct within.

Success comes from a strong conception; a passion backed up by discipline and the right attitude to finish strong. Success is relative but starts with the process of ideation. If you have the idea, you need the right strategies to get the right solutions. To do this, you need to understand that there is a difference between information and knowledge.You need discipline to acquire knowledge hence to stay focused with what you constantly see, you you need the right discipline.

When I started this blog, I was scared stiff. I did not know how it would be accepted, if I could churn out enough contents for a month, not to talk of a quarter. It has been two years now and I am only but grateful to God who continues to send his Holy Spirit to provide inspiration for me to do this.

Earlier this month I had the rare privilege of being on the panel of the HandleIt Africa Conference at the Lagos oriental Hotels in Lagos Nigeria It was a beautiful event and there one of the panelists Adaora Mbelu-Dania of Socially Africa made a profound statement. She said Execute in the Physical Amplify with the Digital!   Adenike Oyetunde would cap it up by saying, we should always belive in the God factor. Oh how those words stuck with me.

The bulk of all I have written comes down to this. You see, once you conceive it, then you can achieve it. But you have to follow the the principle which Adaora did state. Let me further elaborate that principle;

Conceive in the Spiritual. Execute in the Physical, Amplify with the Digital.

I am also grateful to Eustace Dunn who pushed me with that inspiring article two years ago. This week, more than ever, I charge you to Think it! Believe it! Work at it! Achieve it!

Again, what do you see?

I see many more years with you on this platform!

May God bless your hustles!
