I recently watched the movie ' Jungle Book the movie' and it came with lots of lessons. The most striking being the rule of the wolves in the pack. A wolves pack is as strong as the individuals just as the individuals is as strong as the pack. The same goes for the team. You cannot go solo and expect to win a battle, you will always lose out to a team.

I know many would be quick to ask what is IRKANNU? Well it simply means that ten is greater than any number! This happens to be my ancestral name. We use the short form IRIKA among our extended family.
Notice that the number 10 cannot be alone as it is a combination of two binary numbers 1 and 0 and between 1 and 0 exists 9 numbers to pass through.

This clearly shows the stages we pass to get to 10! The import of TEAMWORK can not be over flogged! Jesus Christ underscored the need for teamwork when HE chose the ‘12‘.

Working in teams makes the work easier and goals more attainable. Winston Churchill says “if we are together, nothing is impossible. If we are divided we will fail“.

Management and Administration experts have proven that cooperation is key to organizational success, so we must build effective team

God has blessed us with wonderful visions and He has made available the needed provisions for us to achieve our goals. No man has a monopoly of knowledge for each man has been specially and uniquely created!

Snap out of the MMI mentality, it mustn't always be the me myself and I approach to getting things done, get others involved! Remember, delegation is the best tool for an administrator.

Therefore, the involvement of people in our activities means that it is better planned nd well executed nd the result is superb!

"The greatest accomplishments in life are not achieved by individuals alone, but by proactive people pulling together for  common good. Our mission in life to offer our gifts to benefit one another, to create mutual gain in the world. This is called TEAMWORK! John J. Murphy. The above statement shows how important we are with our diverse gifts and talents.

As a Rotaractor, I have learned that Rotary provides a good instance where we all bring our different expertise to bear in the service of mankind.Go read about the wolves and how they hunt in packs! There u will further appreciate that TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE!!

The wolf never hunts alone, it goes in a pack for all have a role they play in the hunt. This is also applicable to teams assignment and attainment.
